An amazing place to enjoy nature, a hunter’s paradise, as lots of deer come to visit. A great place to come back to nature. The home itself began as a single wide but many different wings have been added. The place is rustic but sooo cozy. Although there is only one bath, a new bath was being added on and most of the plumbing is available, a nice project for the new owners to design and build. Enjoy the large brick portal. Outside there is a nice 3 bay structure for cars, trucks, maybe even hay, or building materials. The new owners can decide it’s use. The previous owners had chickens, goats, and gardens. There is also a greenhouse, perfect for starting plants or maintaining them through the different seasons. The most incredible spot on this land is the walk to the past, the one room school house that was built in the early 1900, not really sure of the year, and the free stacked rock wall that was built to protect the children from snakes. There are two other school houses around the area that look alike and all have the same type rock wall. Today, this particular one room schoolhouse, is used as a recreation room, a place to play pool, maybe play some bridge, and enjoy the vistas, from the long counter that looks out to the many parcels of land. A lot of learning is still going on today.
