Every real estate buyer or seller has economic and life situations that are unique.
I honor each situation and need when providing professional service to my customers. You might be considering purchasing your first home, or selling your beloved family home. Either way, I’m committed to achieving your goals.
“A successful real estate strategy must allow for customization that fits a sensible budget and personal preferences.”
As a Realtor, I’m dedicated to learning about your real estate expectations. Together we will explore and customize your unique real estate desires and execute a successful strategy for your situation.
I’m eager to meet with you. You’ll learn that my husband and I have enjoyed the “good life” here in Santa Fe for 32 years. We moved from Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1985. My husband is a retired commercial pilot and I continue to enjoy a vigorous real estate career. At all times, we both love to play with our outrageous Norwich Terrier, Henri.
Is Santa Fe the best place to live? Ask Ginger and her husband Larry who moved to Santa Fe 32 years ago. Ginger and her husband often state they’re “fiendishly happy” with their decision to move from Minneapolis to the Land of Enchantment!
“The ongoing thrill of real estate for me is the opportunity to use my knowledge and training about the real estate market and being able to incorporate that information to benefit buyers and sellers. It’s all about meeting expectations and bringing a realistic approach about buying and selling to the table.”
“I’m so fortunate in this career to have a platform allowing me to listen to sellers and their motivations. Every home has a unique and interesting story, and every seller has an attachment to that story. If you listen, you can understand and appreciate the history of a home and how it has impacted a family or individual. Buyers give me the opportunity to explore their individual stories, and match their dreams of the future and how they want to live in Santa Fe.”
Many of Ginger’s hobbies and passions revolve around the home – gardening, decorating and entertaining. Local cooking classes are a particular passion and she loves to share classes with friends and customers. In fact, she recently planned a special customer appreciation party at the Santa Fe School of Cooking where New Mexico tapas and a special “tamale making station” was offered.
“Wine, beer and New Mexico food was a simple way I could express my appreciation to my customers for their ongoing confidence in me – it was a blast!”
The support and inspiration she receives from the Barker Realty team is important to Ginger. “The positive, supportive atmosphere I receive here is evident to my customers. Having the cutting edge marketing side by side with the ongoing training keeps my perception of the real estate market fresh and exciting, which benefits my customers. Underlying all the business, David and Lisa also encourage fun. Whether it’s an afternoon BBQ on the west portal or slinging a bowling ball down a narrow alley at the bowling parties, it all works together to build a healthy balance of business with a fun twist.”
