A native of Southern California, Mary Guzman moved to New Mexico in 2001 to co-own a restaurant in Taos. Mary relocated to Santa Fe in 2004 and fascinated by the architecture, culture, and community, Mary began her real estate career in 2006.

Gretchen was an attorney in Santa Fe and Albuquerque for 25 years, helping clients navigate divorce and family law. Gretchen decided to pursue a career in real estate, leaving the law practice so that she could transition to helping people realize their dreams. Because of everything she learned with her divorce clients buying and selling property, it seemed logical and fulfilling to spend this season of her life working in Real Estate. Gretchen understands the pressure and stress as well as the financial aspects of buying and selling real estate. She also has a keen skill set when it comes to contracts and negotiating on her client’s behalf.
