"Jen Fong is very professional and I'm so glad I used her to purchase our new home. (I wasn't in a hurry to buy but meeting Jen in our neighborhood I gave her my contact info and thought what the heck, keep my options open) I told Jen I was looking for something in the country with land, maybe a shed for my pool business equipment etc. She emailed me a few properties but nothing caught my eye. She personally called me about this one particular property and said I think you'll like this place. We set an appointment to view the property. As soon as I drove up the driveway and turned the corner towards the house/hillside I said to myself "this is the place" One of the main reason I wanted to be detailed in this review is because Jen went above and beyond. While we were under contract we had an adjacent property owner say he had "right of first refusal" and said he wanted the property. The selling realtor company called Jen and broke the news to Jen. Jen called me the next day and said he doesn't have ROFR she highlighted everything and sent it to all parties and we were now in the process of closing on the new place. The previous owner had passed away so there was a lot of extra paperwork and open ended questions that Jen helped us through the process. I'm so Happy at our new home and so glad I found Jen. I've referred Jen to a few interested buyers and will continue to do so. If you need a realtor I highly recommend Jen Fong. I work for a commercial real estate company and Jen is what you're looking for in a realtor."
