Amanda Godlove Erwin graduated from Vanderbilt University and completed her MSHA/MBA at the University of Colorado. Amanda and her husband have been involved in real estate since 2002, including the development of a residential PUD designed by Tulsa architect, Jack Arnold, and the development and management of a retail shopping center. Although she was pursuing a career in health administration at the time, a spark had been ignited. After years of experience negotiating contracts in the health-care field, Amanda took those skills of negotiating, coordinating, and working with people into her real estate career.
A former top producer in Oklahoma City, Amanda is proud to be affiliated with Barker Realty. She and her family relocated from Oklahoma City to Santa Fe where her parents also live. In 2021, Amanda produced $23M in residential business, individually, and was one of the top 35 producers in Santa Fe.
In her spare time, Amanda and her husband enjoy traveling, visiting their college-age children in California, tennis, skiing and hiking with their dog, Indigo.
Amanda puts clients’ interests first and believes that kindness, gratitude, empathy and a calm composure make a difference when buying and selling a home. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, hardworking, trustworthy, and provides a level of service and communication unmatched in the local industry.
