Gabrielle Vigil is the Co-Leader at Barker Realty, where she manages the Operations of the organization, as well as provides comprehensive training and educational initiatives for brokers and staff. Gabrielle joined Barker Realty in 2014 to spearhead the development of the company’s internal Transaction Coordinator program and has since demonstrated her expertise in the real estate field.
Her commitment to personal growth, coupled with her exceptional organizational skills, has played a pivotal role in optimizing Barker Realty’s operational efficiency and streamlining critical processes. Gabrielle is focused on productivity and proactive technology to ensure seamless transactions helping the Company navigate the ever evolving real estate industry.
As a Santa Fe native, Gabrielle has a deep connection to the community and volunteers her time with various organizations including Kitchen Angels, Santa Fe Century, and Santa Fe Storm Volleyball Club. Her goal is to invest in the local youth, particularly young women, to empower the next generation of leaders and innovators. Through her many years of coaching efforts, Gabrielle has helped young women find their voices, build confidence and work through adversity. She is currently coaching volleyball at St. Michael’s High School and was part of the 2022 State Championship winning team.
Gabrielle graduated from New Mexico Highlands University with a Master’s degree in Exercise Science in 2011.
