Kyle Klain

Kyle Klain is the Co-Leader for Barker Realty with a focus on business strategy and development. He has been with Barker Realty since 2015 when he was originally brought onboard to address technology implementation and to direct marketing efforts. Since then he has become an innovative leader within the industry and currently participates in the Marquee Group of T3 Sixty and has led a discussion panel at Inman Connect. His focus is on increasing Barker Realty’s engagement in the community, broker development, and ensuring client success.

While not originally from New Mexico, Kyle dived head first into Santa Fe and all that it offers. He has been on the board of the Santa Fe Fat Tire Society, a local non-profit that focuses on trail building and cycling access, for the past 8 years and has been president since 2020. His writings and photography can be found in The Radavist, Mountain Flyer magazine, and Dirt Rag magazine. He is also a lifetime member of Trout Unlimited and Backcountry Hunters & Anglers with a strong passion for land stewardship, conservation, and outdoor pursuits. During the summer months you will likely find Kyle and his wife Kimberly backpacking the Pecos, fly fishing the Valles Caldera, or riding their mountain bikes before switching over to the ski slopes in the winter.

Kyle graduated cum laude from Oregon State University in 2010 with dual degrees in Philosophy and German Language before moving to Santa Fe later that year. His strong problem solving and analytical skills led him into IT work professionally before being hired by Barker Realty. His pragmatic approach to business solutions and people-first vision has helped develop a strong sense of camaraderie and collaboration in Barker Realty’s organization.
