His family has been in New Mexico for generations and as a young man he spent time on the family’s ranch near Duran, New Mexico. It was there Joaquin discovered his love of ranching and land while learning how to build houses with his grandfather. His love for the outdoors is shared with his family fishing New Mexico’s water holes and on their annual fall camping trip. Joaquin’s career in real estate began in 2012 working in customer service before quickly advancing. He went on to head the listing, showing, transaction, and marketing departments while also becoming an IT specialist. Adding Real Estate System Consultant and Videographer to his skill set, Joaquin was craving another challenge and became a licensed broker.
