We take your property one step further by maximizing exposure utilizing Santa Fe’s largest real estate following on Facebook and Instagram. By creatively re-targeting your property, we are able to narrow down the audience and get your listing in front of the right people.

Due to the recent events regarding COVID-19, we were first in our market to offer virtual walkthroughs of homes. Our brokers can film a smooth, video walkthrough of your property to share with prospective buyers.

We will promote this video using Facebook Live and Instagram Live as part of our weekly Virtual Open Houses, which allow folks to experience your property from any device, anywhere in the world.

While our focus has been online, where we find targeted advertising highly effective, we continue to take advantage of print opportunities with our local publications such as the Santa Fe New Mexican, Real Estate Guide, Pasatiempo, TABLE magazine, Fine Lifestyles and more.

All our listings receive 100 ‘Just Listed’ postcards that are sent to the nearest neighbors once your property is actively for sale. Our research has shown that a large group of potential buyers come from neighbors recommending your neighborhood.
