Cozette Hansen was raised in a real estate family, where her grandfather, father and aunt were involved in the industry. It was a natural transition for Cozette to launch her own commercial real estate career in 2016. But it is her relentless drive and passion for helping others that sets Cozette apart from the rest.

Leading up to that time, Cozette’s international interests allowed her to spend many years traveling the world, exploring Southeast Asia, Europe and South America. Her passion for helping others grew exponentially during her time abroad. She volunteered at the Blessed Mother Theresa House in Calcutta, India working with mentally and physically disabled children. Cozette also worked at a children’s orphanage in Thiruvinamili, India, teaching English and working with handicapped children. In Putrom Village, Cambodia, she volunteered with The Elephant Valley Project, providing support for the elephant food farms, forests and elephant research. Cozette spent transformative years immersing herself in different cultures while expanding cultural beliefs and awareness. Through her travels, she cultivated a burning desire and commitment to always making a difference in her own community complimenting her commercial real estate career.

Cozette specializes in the sale, purchase and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. Known by colleagues to be an energetic and determined professional, she strives to identify with clients, inject her unique personality into the relationship, and ultimately take care of her clients’ needs. She has extensive experience drafting and executing documents including Listing Agreements, Letters of Intent, Lease and Purchase Agreements. Cozette is an expert at producing detailed, engaging research reports that include neighborhood data, demographics, historical and economic data within market segments, and providing valuable information to assists clients in making the best decision possible for their company’s goals and objectives.

When Cozette isn’t in the office, you can find her backpacking with her young son, visiting family and friends in Colorado, Taos and Santa Fe, and creating beautifully nutritious meals for her family.
