Associate Brokers who join Barker Realty outperform their counterparts in the market in both number of transactions per broker as well as days on market for listings sold. How do they get there? New brokers participate in varying levels of mentorship. For many new brokers, it’s important to work with either an experienced broker or by joining our formal Mentorship Program that includes direct access to qualifying brokers and business development training. Four out of five new licensees drop out of real estate within two years; we have reversed those numbers.
