Stephanie Duran has been expertly representing her real estate clients in Santa Fe for the last 21 years. In that time, she has become one of the highest producers in the city, consistently ranking in the top 1% of Santa Fe’s Realtors. Stephanie is a naturally self-driven person and has a great passion for giving exceptional service and creating results. She began her very interesting life in the government suburbs of Washington, D.C. As a young girl, she developed incredible discipline while training for years as a competitive figure skater. As a teenager, her focus turned towards the theater/arts, eventually getting a BA in theatre from Indiana University and becoming a world-touring musical theatre actress. Both of these disciplines took courage, focus, and inner strength. She has carried these attributes into her real estate career and it is evident in her performance.

Stephanie first fell in love with Santa Fe in 1994. From Day #1 in Santa Fe, she knew that she had found ‘home’. 28 years later, she is still in awe of Santa Fe’s ever-present beauty, diverse community, and incredible art/music/food scene and appreciates its very accessible mountain trails for skiing, mountain biking, and hiking!
