There is a water well, electric power, (septic holding tank not currently hooked up to cabin) and a level parking pad in place. Kitchen , bath and living area all have great views of the lake out of many windows in the cabin. Property is on a hillside with a lot of tall trees and terrific views. Heron Lake offers great boating and fishing and the Rio Chama Valley offer the best in all kinds of outdoor recreational activities for all 4 season of the year.
