The latest and best technology is increasingly vital to a highly successful business. The multi-faceted technology platform Barker Realty created to support its brokers is unmatched by other local firms. The world is constantly changing and we must adapt: as an independent brokerage we can be more flexible and adjust to new technology quickly. Our transaction process is completely digital, utilizing checklists and calendars, digital signatures and notifications, to ensure a smooth selling process. Likewise, we focus on new technology such as video conferencing and virtual walkthroughs to promote properties in a safe manner. Effective at reaching buyers while providing seamless support to ensure a buying or selling experience that’s as stress-free as possible, multiple local brokers have joined Barker Realty due to our strong technology platform.

Known for fresh and highly developed marketing that engages and serves our community, our team of six people collaborate closely to produce pieces that go beyond “typical real estate advertising.” Through social media and other online marketing, print advertising, radio and direct mail, the Barker Realty platform is highly effective and stands out from our competition. Education

The many great opportunities in real estate are not without their pitfalls, which is why we focus heavily on continuing education. Our brokers and staff are exposed to a variety of topics from contractual techniques, to home structural and mechanical issues, to understanding market metrics. We feel strongly that a professional broker is constantly learning. Our team of qualifying brokers are readily available to answer any questions our associate brokers may have and guide them through challenging negotiations.

Listing and Transaction Coordination

A team of licensed staff supports our brokers in listing and selling properties by navigating contractual deadlines and paperwork, as well as communicating with all parties in the transaction including listing and selling brokers, title companies, inspectors, lenders, surveyors, sellers and buyers. These services allow our brokers to focus on what they do best and serve more clients.
