With his family having been in New Mexico for generations, Joaquin’s deep roots in the state complement his professional expertise. His career in real estate began in 2012, starting as a part-time assistant and moving on to customer service before quickly advancing. He went on to head the listing, showing, transaction, and marketing departments while also becoming an IT specialist. Joaquin further expanded his skill set by becoming a Real Estate System Consultant and Videographer. Seeking new challenges, he became a licensed broker. Now serving as the technology lead at Barker Realty, Joaquin strives to build innovative systems and collaborate with other technologies to bring the brokerage the most efficient and up-to-date solutions. With over a decade of experience, Joaquin has acquired the skills, strategy, and knowledge to navigate our ever-changing real estate market and technology landscape.
