"Above and Beyond! Over a year ago, over lunch, I told Sherie that I wanted to sell my house. She had a client looking for a similar property and so we went through the process of contract and inspection. But, it wasn’t the right time for me to sell and from the inspection—learned that there were many things that I needed to fix on the house! Sherie guided me through the whole process, even providing names of licensed and able roofing, radon and air vent contractors for the necessary repairs. She kept me on time, in line and informed about each repair. Finally, when I was ready to list, Sherie’s advice and help was essential because I was going on an extended vacation in Europe just as the house was being listed. She had to handle listing, photography, showings and just about everything else with minimal input from me.
