Dave was born and raised in Santa Fe and has been a licensed NM real estate broker since 1989.  In 1997 he joined Phase One Companies and spent over 20 years being actively involved in the acquisition, development, and management of several commercial and residential projects throughout Santa Fe, most recently in Las Estrellas on the city’s northside. Many locals may likely remember him from his 16 years spent in community banking in Santa Fe. He held positions as President/CEO and Executive Vice President at two widely recognized local banks.  

He takes pride in his ability to utilize creative approaches in handling complex real estate transactions and enjoys the challenges that come at him.  He also possesses a keen eye for value-added opportunities and has the financial and analytical skills to identify great investment opportunities, particularly in this market.  Whether land development, income properties, redevelopment/repurposing of assets, or NNN property acquisition, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience which he brings to his clients.

Dave has served on many non-profit boards throughout our community and is deeply committed to Santa Fe’s social fabric, our economy, and the health of our business community. Also, he is a passionate animal welfare advocate and supports all efforts throughout Northern New Mexico to keep animals safe and protected.
