Born and raised in Santa Fe, NM, Riesha has an in-depth understanding of the unique and often complex nature of doing business in the Land of Enchantment. Her deep appreciation and understanding of this one-of-a-kind state make her the smart choice when navigating this diverse region. In addition to being a proud mother; Riesha is engaged in her community while volunteering on the board for NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness) and the Santa Fe Community Housing Trust. Professionally, sales and marketing have been her expertise for 25 years and she has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1994. She is a strong negotiator having experience in vacant land sales, residential sales, commercial sales, investment properties, and property management. Graduating from UNM with a BA in Communications gave her the tools to efficiently facilitate every step of the real estate transaction with detail and precision while working directly with clients for decades has given her the experience to offer sound guidance while making tough decisions in this growing market.
